At Elite Power Performance, you’ll witness rapid improvements in your fitness level within the initial 30 days of training. Consistency and commitment are paramount for sustained results, which is why most of our clients attend 3 sessions per week.
Yes! Nutrition can be hard when going at it alone which is why we work with you to develop a plan that both pushes you towards your goals and is something you enjoy.
Nope! While we do work with Orlando athletes, we have programs for people of all ages and experience levels.

- What should i expect during a session?
We’re a privately owned business that trains out of a private studio. That means no waiting for equipment and tons of privacy which all of our clients love.
We also offer pricing options that ensure everyone can try us out.
For most beginners, we recommend 2-4 sessions per week. This ensures we’re continually making progress without overdoing it in the early stages.
Most of our clients find 3 sessions a week works, but we have some who train upwards to 5 times per week. We’ll work with you and give you our recommendations if you’re unsure.
All sessions will start with a quick warmup designed specifically for you. This may include mobility drills to help you move optimally.
Then we get to work. You’ll be provided and guided through your strength training portion of the workout which varies from person to person. This may include strength training, hypertrophy training, or power training depending on your goals.
We’ll finish off with a quick finisher and let you know what to do between then and the next time we’re seeing you.
